In this third video of our series Sanctions 360° we summarise the main elements of the EU international economic sanctions framework, the parties involved and the decision-making process. In the EU, the sanctions are mainly introduced at the EU (rather than at the member states’) level by means of regulations which directly effect relationships between private parties.
