We look today into three personal affiliation criteria, namely: “associated person” criterion, “family affiliation” criterion, and “personal benefit” criterion. They objective is to consider the lawful basis of such criteria, how they are relied by the applicants in the proceedings to challenge the listings, and considered by the Courts in judicial review proceedings.
