This is a follow-up video on our original video where we discussed major sanctions regimes applicable to Iran. As we expected, following the reactivation of the snapback mechanism (which, in essence, terminates the suspension of the UN sanctions against Iran), the EU and the UK promptly amended their national laws to reinstate the sanctions which were suspended in 2016.
As these measures have immediate effect and relevance for any dealings with Iran, we recorded this short video with the summary of main changes effective post snapback. For the video where we consider Iran sanctions in more detail follow here.
