With this video we develop the procedural aspect of our series, Sanctions 360°, by discussing the discrete concept of annullable acts in direct JR review proceedings issued in the Union Courts. We look into the requirements for admissibility as well as consider most relevant issues arising in the context of sanctions litigation.
