Attached is the act . The act restricts the powers of the US President to impose unilateral sanctions with respect to trade in food and medicine without a special approval of Congress. It is one of the most important measures on the US President powers to impose sanctions. The act applies to any sanctions and is not linked to a specific sanctions’ programme.
