Attached is the resolution. This resolution introduced a comprehensive arms embargo against Somalia. This comprehensive embargo was replaced by resolutions 2714 (2023) and 2713 (2023) which, in essence, imposed an arms embargo with respect to Al-Shabaab and retained limited control procedures with respect to other operators.
