On 18 December 2025, OFAC de-listed Veles International Ltd and one of its leaders. Veles, a Cypriot based securities broker, was designated SDN on 24 February 2023 pursuant to E.O. 14024 for operating or having operated in the financial services sector of the Russian Federation economy. This development shall facilitate for the clients of Veles any recovery of their assets held with the broker.
