1986.06.27 – ICJ judgement in the Case concerning Military and Paramilitary Activities in and against Nicaragua

Attached is the judgement. It includes the analysis by the ICJ as to the lawfulness of the US embargo against Nicaragua imposed on 1 May 1985. The embargo was declared a breach of the Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Navigation of 1956.
