2017.03.14 – ECJ judgement in case C‑158/14 – preliminary ruling from the Council of State, Netherlands in a matter concerning members of LTTE

Attached is the judgement. It is authority as to the matter that a member of a group (and by extension a shareholder in a company) may not be deemed an addressee of an asset-freeze act for the purpose of its JR in the General Court / ECJ.
