Attached is the resolution. It sets out a sanctions programme with respect to Haiti, namely asset freeze, travel ban and targeted arms’-embargo sanctions. The arms’-embargo was originally targeted, namely applying to specific individuals. It was expanded in UNSC Resolution 2699 to a territorial embargo covering the country as a whole.
