2014.03.19 – UNSC Resolution 2146 (2014) regarding the situation in Libya

Attached is the text of the resolution. The resolution sets out a regime for the designation of vessels which trade oil with persons other than the Libyan Government (para 10). The effect of the designation is: prohibition of: (i) entry in ports; (ii) bunkering services; and (iii) financial transactions with Libyan crude carried by such vessels.
