Attached is the judgement. It is a successful challenge of a listing to asset-freeze sanctions and was issued in the context of the EU sanctions against Belarus.
The judgement is an authority as to: (i) the depth of review which are required from Council on each periodic extension of asset-freeze measures; (ii) what change of circumstances will allow persons to break business and political link with the regimes subject to sanctions. Finally, it is useful to contrast this judgement with earlier judgement in Case T-526/21 where a similar application was rejected.
