2025.09.05 – US EO Modifying the scope of reciprocal tariffs and establishing procedures for implementing trade and security agreements

Attached is the text of the executive order. This is the amendment order to a, so-called, Liberation Day Order, whereby President Trump imposed most of the tariffs to regulated trade. The order allows for the exemptions from tariffs on certaon listed categories of goods, provided that the relevant jurisdiction signed a trade and security agreement with the US.
