2025.07.30 – US Executive Order – Addressing Threats to the United States by the Government of Brazil

Attached is the executive order. The EO imposes additional tariffs on certain exports of Brazil as a penalty for: (i) regulating the content of American social platforms within the jurisdiction of Brazil; and (ii) prosecuting the former President of Brazil.
