Attached is the determination. The determination is made under Sec. 1(a)(i) of E.O. 14014 and applies to the jet fuel sector of the Burmese economy. As a result of this determination, there is an increased risk for any foreign person which operates in this sector to be subject to the US blocking sanctions.
