Attached is the text of the resolution. The resolution refers the situation in Libya to the ICC and requires biannual up-dates from the prosecutor. The ICC has jurisdiction as to crimes committed in Libya starting from 2011 and opened one case with respect to the son of Qaddafi and issued two other arrest warrants.
