Attached is the consolidated version of the decision as of 2024.10.30. It was amended by Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/2211 of 27 October 2025 which extended the term of the program until 31 October 2026.
The program imposes only restrictions on admission to the EU and as of today there are no listed persons. Given that the implementation of this measure is within the competency of the Member States, there is no EU regulation implementing the programme.
The programme targets very specific issue related to the campaign of intimidation and closure against Latin-script Moldovan schools were extended, but all the individuals under the Latin-school problem were de-listed. Hence, currently the restrictive measures do not target specific persons.
